ARC Foundation organised the Jaipur regional selections at S.V. Public School
ARC Foundation organised the Jaipur regional selections at S.V. Public School, to shortlist students to represent team India at the World Schools Debating Championships. The tournament saw over 80 students representing 21 institutions with teachers participating as judges. International level debaters conducted workshops on debating and judging for both students and teachers before the tournament. This was followed by 4 rounds of debating which saw students battle it out on a wide range of themes- from philosophy and education to sports and gene editing. The tournament was very well received by students and teachers alike, who went back with an enriching experience and a resolve to take parliamentary debating further at the school level by setting up their own societies at school. 12 students were shortlisted for the zonal selections.
